If the item is being sold directly by IslanderMall.com, then you will not see this Sold by: tag, but you will see Delivery/Shipping: From IslanderMall.com
When will I get stuff that is being sold by IslanderMall.com?
Time for your stuff to get to you = Processing Time + Delivery Time.
There are two parts to your package reaching you. The first part is the Processing Time. The Processing Time is the time it takes to locate your item in the IslanderMall.com warehouses, tag it, and package it for delivery to you. The second part is the Delivery Time. This is the time the Courier will take to deliver it to you.
How long is the Processing Time for IslanderMall.com?
The Processing Time depends on the product and which warehouse it is being sourced from.
Items stocked in the Caribbean have a shorter processing time for delivery to the Caribbean than items stocked in the US warehouses. If items are in stocked in the Trinidad and Tobago warehouse the Availability of the item on its product page will say Delivered to Courier Next Business Day.
Processing Time for the specific product you are interested in is listed as Availability: on the item’s product page.
What is the Delivery Time for IslanderMall.com items?
The Delivery Time is dependent on the courier and your location. Most items purchased by Caribbean customers are consolidated at, and shipped from, the Trinidad and Tobago Warehouse regardless of where it was originally stocked. Exceptions to this will be stated in the Availability section of the item’s product page.
Trinidad and Tobago: Items shipped to Trinidad and Tobago customers will be delivered via TTPost or IslanderMall.com Courier and will usually take 1-2 Business days.
Other Caribbean Islands: Items shipped to other Caribbean Islands will be shipped via UPS and delivery times are approximated at 3-5 business days.
When will I get my stuff if it is being sold by a Store or Reseller?
The different Stores and Resellers on IslanderMall.com are responsible for shipping their own items. Their delivery times are usually listed as Availability on the item’s product page.
