Islandermall.com has a clearly defined refund policy for items sold directly by us. However, our sellers would have different policies and you should check that sellers profile for details on their page.
You may return most new, unopened items sold and shipped from Islandermall.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should note that not all items are returnable and this is clearly stated in the product description.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Items must be returned in their original product packaging. To execute a return, login to your account, click "Completed Orders" then click "Return Item(s)" and follow the instructions which will guide you through the process. You must have an RMA before returning any item.
You can follow up your requests for returns by selecting the Return Requests option in My Account in the top menu. Here you will be able to see the status of your requests for returns.
