This is another method for us to reduce fraud. If at anytime, we require validation of your credit card, or our risk department flags the order we will perform the following steps:-
  1. We will contact you indicating that we will be conducting additional security checks on your order.
  2. Once you agree, we will charge a small amount that is greater than $0 and less than three (3) dollars to the card. If you don't agree the order is automatically cancelled.
  3. We give you about 24 - 48 hrs to call your bank or detrmine what the amount of the transaction is. The transaction is listed on your statement as "Islandermall.com"
  4. Once you provide the correct figure, we process your order and you wouldn't have to go through this verifiaction process again.
  5. If we are not satisfied with the response or the response is inaccurate, we will cancel the order and refund any amounts to the card.
