This is another fraud protection method. In instances where we believe this is necssary, we will contact the customer for an authorization. THe steps are as follows:-

  1. We will email you a sample authorisation form.
  2. You will complete it, sign it, copy the front and back of your credit card and fax it to us.
  3. Once we receive and validate the information, your order is processed and the documents destroyed.

These methods are very important as they protect you against fraudulent activity. This method is not done for all transactions.
