Your online safety is most important to us. Islandermall.com maintains the highest standard of Internet information security. We use Secure Sockets Layer and Private Communication Technology security standards that are supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later as well as other popular browsers including Firefox, Google Chrome and mobile phones. SSL encrypts your personally identifyabe information (such as your password, address and phone number, or your credit card number) so that it is available only to you and Islandermall.com. Additonally, as an added level of security we don't store credit card information in most instances and if we do it is for no longer than 20 days or until such time that the credit card has been validated, whichever is shorter.

There are several ways to verify that your transaction is encrypted and secure when the URL starts with https://, and a "lock" symbol appears in your browser’s address bar or in the browser frame. See the red circles in each image below. Also take a look at the video below from a 3rd party source about shopping online safely.

In Internet Explorer ensure the address in red is in your browser and the lock is on the right.

In Firfox, ensure the address in red is in your browser and the lock is down below.

In Chrome, ensure the address in red is in your browser and the lock is where it is.

In your mobile phone always look for the lock and the domain name.
