What does the different order status mean?

The table below shows what the various order status means.

Order Status Description
Pending Your order is pending when it means we have received it but additional information is required. In this case, please check your email or check your messages in your account page.
Awaiting Payment This means your order is awaiting payment. This is usually set when you have choosen an offline payment method such as Bank Deposit, Wire Transfer or Cheque. In the case of a Cheque, while we may have received the cheque, we are also awaiting the clearance of your cheque.
Awaiting Fulfilment This means we have received your order and it is in process. We have to pull the order from the stock either located in country or awaiting the arrival of the item from our store room located outside the country. For our various Island Store owners/sellers the same applies, they would be awaiting arrival of item from stock or importation.
Awaiting Shipment Your order is being prepared for shipment or delivery to the courier company.
Awaiting Pickup Your order is ready an can be picked up at the defined location.
Partially Shipped Only part of your order has been shipped to the courier.
Completed The order is complete. We have certified that the order has been received the customer.
Shipped A shipper tacking number has been assigned and is awaiting collection by the courier or drop off at the courier facility.
Cancelled The order has been cancelled for one or more of several reasons. These include lack of payment within stipulated time frame, you have requested cancellation of order, unable to ship the item to your country. When this occurs a message will be in your account messages
Declined Your payment methods has been declined.
Refunded We have cancelled the item and a refund is due. This can also mean that a return was authorised and a refund was issued.
Credit Card Verification Your credit company has indicated that your credit card has sufficient funds and hence the payment has been authorized. However, as a security measure, we need to conduct security verification to ensure that you are the holder of the card. This process is described in detail under Online Safety.
