Normally, it takes us approximately three business days to process a credit back to your credit card and 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement. However, because we operate internationally, some banks take longer to process credits and this may take longer for it to appear on your statement. Rest assured that once our system shows an item has been refunded, the refund has already been executed and we await the card companies and banks to process the instrutions.
