Returns and Shipping

Returns are simple at Islandermall.com.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and shipped from Islandermall.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should note that not all items are returnable and this is clearly stated in the product description.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Items msut be returned in their original product packaging. To execute a return, login to your account, click "Completed Orders" then click "Return Item(s)" and follow the instructions which will guide you through the process. You must have an RMA before returning any item.

There are several stores on Islandermall.com. Each store have their own return policy. It is in your best interest to identify with each store return policy. It is Islandermall.com requirement that each vendor publishes a return policy. Items purchased/shipped from 3rd party stores(not Islandermall.com) are to be returned in accordance with the 3rd party store return policy. If you are unhappy with there support, please contact us and we will follow-up with that party. It is our business to serve you and ensure your 100% satisfaction.

Return Items

Exceptions to a Total Refund

Understaing that there are several issues which may surround a return item, there are some conditions and exceptions that apply to your refund and thus will only receive a partial refund. The following apply to orders from Islandermall.com:-

  • Any opened computer/electronic returned within 30 days of delivery: 70% of item's price.
  • Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 50% of item's price.
  • Any book that has obvious signs of use: 30% of item's price.
  • Any CD, DVD or similar recording medium that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 30% of item's price.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: from up to 30% of item's price. This is assessed by Islandermall.com and at our sole discretion.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We use various carriers to provide the delivery of your item. During checkout, select your choice of preferred shipper. The delivery time is stated next to each shipping method and is inclusive of order fulfilment. Order fulfilment time varies and is stated in the product details. There are several stores on Islandermall.com and each store has their own shipping details. It is in your best interest to identify with each store shipping information.

Who pays for the returned shipping costs? :
If the return is due to Islandermall.com error, we will pay for the return.
 
Is there a restocking fee? If so, how much?:
Currently there is no restocking fee
 
Does this store offer refunds, store credit, and/or exchanges? :
We offer refunds, gift voucher and exchange. Depends onthe warranty terms mentioned on individual product,in case if there is no information given on the product page regarding the type of warranty then exchange only will be entertained
 
How much time does the customer have to make a return?:
Kindly reffer the warranty terms given on the product page, in case if there is no warranty given on the product page then return will be accepted within 30 days only.
 
How long does it take to process a refund?:
Refund may take 4 weeks inclusive of processing, shipping and replacement where applicable.
 
Is an authorization number (RMA, RA, etc.) required before customer can return product?:
YES. Do not return any item without an RMA. Without an RMA, you product can be lost and thus no refund will be processed.
 
What steps are necessary for a customer to make a return?:
1.Customer login to Account and submit a return request.
2. Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue over the phone or thru Email, if still the issue remains then the customer will be advised to package and return the product back safely thru a good courier service.
3. Our team will check the product and try to get it repaired on the spot, in case if problem still exists then we keep the product to send it to the supplier only within the first 30 days. Outside of the thirty day period, you may be required to send it directly to the manufacturer. Please review the warranty for each item when purchasing.
4. We get the product repaired and send it back to the customer at our cost.
5. If we are unable to get the product repaired then we shall send the new product or refund you via your payment method or via Islandermall.com coupon.
