How to Choose Your Size:

1. While not wearing a bra, measure under your bust with a tape measure. Hold the tape as tightly as you would want your bra to fit. If the measurement is odd then round up to the next even number. This will be your band measurement e.g. 40.
2. Measure around the largest part of your bust. Hold the tape snugly but not tightly to press into your flesh. Subtract this figure from your bustline measurement (the even number).
3. Use this difference in inches to determine your Cup Size from the chart below.
